Known+ is billed through Apple or Google depending on where you downloaded the app. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings:
Cancelling stops future renewal charges. You'll retain access to Known+ features through the end of your current billing period.
You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Settings → Delete Account. Once requested, you have 14 days to change your mind — after that, your account and all data are permanently removed. If you have an active Known+ subscription, cancel it through your device's subscription settings before your deletion date to avoid further charges.
Brand icons and names are sourced automatically when you add a subscription. Occasionally the match isn't perfect for less common services. Email us at [email protected] with the subscription name and what it should look like, and we'll get it corrected.
Data export is available on the Known+ plan. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a CSV of all your subscriptions. If you're on the free plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade first.
Open the subscription from your list, tap the edit button, and update the renewal date. Known will automatically recalculate future reminders based on the corrected date.
First, make sure notifications are enabled for Known in your device settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → Known → Notifications and confirm they're turned on. You can also check your reminder timing inside the app under Settings → Notifications.
